Web Design for Restaurants Singapore
Two people are deciding where to eat on Friday and they are doing it on a phone, standing up, in about ninety seconds. They want the menu, the price of a main, whether there is a table at seven, and how to get there from the MRT. We build restaurant sites that answer all four before the argument starts. We are a Malaysia-based team serving a global client base: English-first, priced in SGD, and in the same time zone as Singapore.

The Blockers Web Design Fixes for Singapore Restaurants
Festive Menus Published Too Late
Reunion dinner, Christmas and National Day sittings are decided weeks ahead, and a restaurant that posts the set menu in the last fortnight has already lost the bookings. We build seasonal menus you can schedule.
Prices That Read Wrong at the Table
A menu price that quietly becomes something else after service charge and tax is the fastest way to lose a regular. We build the required pricing statement into the menu template so it is on every page, not just one.
Delivery Links That Pay Someone Else
Sending every hungry visitor to an aggregator hands over the margin and the customer record on the same click. We put direct ordering and pickup first, with the platforms kept as the fallback they should be.
A Reservation That Ends in a Phone Number
Asking a diner to call at 7pm on a Friday is asking them to choose somewhere else. We put the booking widget you already pay for on every page, with the party sizes and sittings you actually run.
A Menu Trapped in a PDF
A scanned menu pinches and drags on a phone, never shows up in search, and goes out of date the week prices change. We build the menu as pages, so it reads at arm’s length and your team edits it in minutes.
The Table That Stays Empty
A covered table is perishable stock. Two empty two-tops a night across a year is more revenue than the whole website cost, and nobody ever sees it leave.
How We Build Restaurant Websites in Singapore

S+P — Scan & Pinpoint
We look at where your covers come from now: walk-ins, the booking platform, the aggregators, the phone. Then we check what a phone visitor can find in ninety seconds and what they give up on.

E — Execute & Build
We build the menu as readable pages with dish photography that loads fast, wire in the reservation system you already use, and put direct ordering ahead of the delivery platforms.

F+L — Foundation & Launch
We match the site to your Google Business Profile so hours, photos and the booking link agree, then test the whole path on a phone with one bar of signal in a basement mall.

U+X — Understand & Scale
We track covers and direct orders rather than page views, and use the seasonal pattern to plan what goes up next: the festive menu, the private dining page, the lunch set.
Introducing
How Singapore Diners Actually Decide
Ordering in is no longer the exception. Online orders made up 25.8% of all food and beverage sales in Singapore in December 2025, and 26.3% in September, so a quarter of the market never walks through your door at all.
The same phone decides the other three quarters. A diner comparing three restaurants in a mall reads the menu, checks a price and looks for a table, and the kitchen that answered fastest wins a booking it will never know it was competing for.

Menu and Pricing Rules on a Singapore Restaurant Site
Two of these are pricing rules with teeth, and the third decides whether people trust your kitchen.
Prices, GST and service charge
A GST-registered business normally has to display prices inclusive of GST. Restaurants that charge a genuine service charge are excused from that, but only if they show a prominent statement that prices are subject to GST and service charge. We build that statement into the menu template so it appears wherever a price does.
No surprise charges at the total
Mandatory charges a diner cannot avoid belong in the price they are shown, not in a line added at checkout. For online ordering that means the packaging fee, the minimum spend and the delivery charge are visible before the basket, not after it.
Halal and dietary claims
Diners check a halal claim properly: the certificate, the premises it covers and the date it runs to. We put the current certificate on the page and make it a two-minute job for your team to replace at renewal, and we keep allergen notes next to the dish rather than in a footnote.

| Package | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Site audit | SGD 990 one-off | A timed walk-through of the current site on a phone: menu, price, booking, directions, and the point where a hungry visitor gives up. |
| Standard website | from SGD 4,800 | A single-outlet restaurant site with the menu as pages, reservations wired in, direct ordering ahead of the platforms and a Google Business Profile that agrees with it. |
| Multi-location | from SGD 9,600 | For restaurants with more than one address: an outlet page each with its own hours, menu variations and booking link, under one brand. |
| Care Plan | SGD 600 per month | Core, theme and plugin updates, security scan and a restorable backup, and up to two hours of changes a month, so menu pages, prices and outlet hours stay right rather than sending a hungry visitor back to a delivery platform. A monthly insight note on traffic and leads comes with it. Six-month minimum, quoted with every build. |

Restaurant Websites Singapore: Frequently Asked Questions
Should the menu be a PDF or web pages?
Pages. A PDF cannot be read comfortably on a phone, cannot be found in search and cannot be edited when a supplier price moves. Pages fix all three, and your team can change a dish without calling anyone.
Can the website take reservations without a new system?
Yes. We build around the booking platform you already pay for, so the diner books in one step and your host stand keeps working the way it does today.
Should we send people to the delivery apps from our own site?
Only as a second option. Direct ordering keeps the margin and the customer’s details with you, so we put it first and keep the platform links for people who insist on them.
Do we have to show GST and service charge on the menu?
If you charge a genuine service charge you can display the base price, but the page has to carry a prominent statement that prices are subject to GST and service charge. We put it in the template so it is never missing.
How much does a restaurant website cost in Singapore?
From SGD 4,800 for a single outlet, from SGD 9,600 for several outlets, and SGD 990 for the audit alone, based on Singapore market rates less 20%. The Care Plan afterwards is SGD 600 a month for updates, security and small changes.
Can we publish the festive set menu ourselves?
Yes, and you should schedule it. We build seasonal menus as pages you can prepare early and publish on a date, so the reunion dinner menu is live while people are still deciding.
