Web Design for Law Firms Singapore
Nobody browses for a lawyer. They have a letter of demand, a divorce they did not expect or an option to purchase they do not understand, and they read three firms at eleven at night before ringing one in the morning. The site that explained the situation in their own words gets the call. We are a Malaysia-based team serving a global client base: English-first, priced in SGD, and in the same time zone as Singapore.

The Blockers Web Design Fixes for Singapore Law Firms
Results Written as Promises
Success rates and outcome-led headlines are exactly what the publicity rules forbid, and they are the first thing a marketer writes. We build authority from explanation and process instead.
Enquiry Forms You Cannot Conflict-Check
A form that captures a name and a message but not the other side leaves your team unable to run a conflict check before replying. We design intake to collect what the check needs and nothing that creates risk.
Profiles Without a Year of Call
A paragraph of adjectives tells a worried client nothing. Year of call, the courts and tribunals the lawyer appears in, languages and the matters they run are verifiable facts, and the rules require that.
No Position on Fees Anywhere
Conveyancing, wills and uncontested matters are quoted as fixed fees all over town, and a firm that says nothing about cost is skipped rather than asked. We publish the fee shape and what moves it.
Practice Areas as a Bullet List
Fourteen areas of law listed on one page answers nobody’s actual question and is invisible to anyone searching their situation. We build a page per matter type, written the way the client describes the problem.
The Call That Goes to the Firm With the Guide
The enquiry that never reaches you is invisible. It went to the firm whose page explained what happens after a letter of demand, and by the time you would have heard of it, the retainer was signed.
How We Build Law Firm Websites in Singapore

S+P — Scan & Pinpoint
We look at where your matters actually come from and which practice areas you want more of, then read the current site against the publicity rules to see what has to change before anything is built.

E — Execute & Build
We build a page per matter type in the client’s language, with the process, the likely timeline, the fee shape and what happens at the first meeting, plus lawyer profiles that carry verifiable detail.

F+L — Foundation & Launch
We set up intake that supports a conflict check, keep enquiry data out of shared inboxes, and connect the form to your practice management system so nothing is retyped.

U+X — Understand & Scale
We track enquiries by matter type against what you want to be doing more of, and write the next set of pages for the work that is actually profitable rather than the work that is merely busy.
Introducing
The Client Is Reading Before They Ring
Volume is not the problem. The State Courts took 24,803 civil filings in 2025 and the Supreme Court another 13,685 on the civil side, and behind each of those is a person who spent an evening reading before instructing anyone.
They are also reading firms that are not local. Singapore’s legal market now includes around 150 foreign law practices and 1,400 foreign lawyers, so a domestic practice competing on corporate or cross-border work is being compared against brands with content teams.

What the Professional Conduct Rules Allow on a Law Firm Site
Publicity by a Singapore practice sits under Part 5 of the Legal Profession (Professional Conduct) Rules 2015. Three provisions decide how we write the pages.
You may not publish a success rate
Rule 43 says publicity must not mention the success rate of the practitioner or the practice, and must not mention a past case or client where that would breach confidentiality. So the proof on the page is process, explanation and credentials, not a scoreboard.
No comparison with another firm
The same rule bars any comparison or criticism of the fees charged or the quality of services provided by another practitioner or practice. Your fee page can be clear about your own numbers; it cannot be clear about anybody else’s.
Nothing that cannot be verified
Rule 44 treats publicity as misleading if it contains information that cannot be verified or is likely to create an unjustified expectation about the results that can be achieved. Every claim we write has to have a source behind it, including any claim to specialisation.

Law Firm Websites Singapore: Frequently Asked Questions
Can we publish case results on our website?
Not as a success rate, and not in a way that identifies a matter or client where confidentiality applies. What works instead is explaining the process, the arguments that matter and what a client should expect.
Can we say we are the best firm for divorce in Singapore?
No. Publicity must not compare or criticise another practice’s fees or quality, and a claim to expertise has to be justifiable. Year of call, reported matters and the tribunals you appear in do the same job legitimately.
Should we publish our fees?
For fixed-fee work such as conveyancing, wills and uncontested matters, yes. For litigation, publish the fee structure and what drives it. Silence loses the enquiry to a firm that said something.
How should the enquiry form handle conflicts?
It should ask for the other party’s name before you reply, and route to a person rather than a shared mailbox. We build the intake so a conflict check happens before anyone answers the substance.
What does a law firm website cost in Singapore?
SGD 990 for the audit, from SGD 4,800 for a practice site and from SGD 9,600 for a multi-practitioner firm, based on Singapore market rates less 20%. The Care Plan afterwards is SGD 600 a month for updates, security and small changes.
Can our lawyers add articles themselves?
Yes. We set up an editor a partner can use between hearings, with the publicity rules built into the template so nothing needs a compliance argument before it goes live.
