Stephen Paul is the founder of Specflux Solutions, a digital marketing and web development agency based in Ipoh, Malaysia. With over 10 years of hands-on experience, he has personally managed SEO campaigns and Google Ads accounts and built custom websites and business systems for clients ranging from startups to million-ringgit companies across property, education, healthcare, and e-commerce.

His agency work follows the SPEC+FLUX framework — discovery and scoping, design and architecture, agile sprints with weekly demos, and post-launch support — and a “Conversion Intelligence” approach that pairs psychology-driven analysis with A/B testing rather than standard SEO tasks alone. Typical projects include custom checkout enhancements, booking systems, and CRM, WhatsApp Business, and accounting integrations aimed at improving conversion rates and customer retention.

On the technical side he builds across WordPress, Laravel, Node.js, and Python, ships iOS and Android mobile apps, and runs deployments with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. He has completed Google Cloud Skills Boost training in machine learning (TensorFlow), Go, and serverless cloud-native development, with recent work integrating Gemini and AI-driven automation. He holds ISTQB CTFL and IREB CPRE-FL certifications, grounding his technical work in software testing and requirements-engineering best practices.

A long-standing BNI member (BNI Ipoh North) and certified BNI Trainer who has held chapter leadership roles, Stephen is the organizer of the Ipoh WordPress Meetup and a returning WordCamp Malaysia speaker (2024 & 2025), where he has covered theme development, the WordPress review process, and integrating AI into marketing analytics.
